Rosehip || Original Reduction Linoprint
Original linocut print, carved and handprinted by Jennifer.

This beautiful reduction linocut print is made of two layers - red and a very deep green. I took photographs of this viburnum in the heart of summer on a hot day. I was sitting in the shade and facing a beautiful hedgerow. The bees, the insects and the birds were all enjoying the berries and the shade this hedge provided. This print looks beautiful with ‘Viburnum’ which was in the same hedge and was printed alongside this print using the same colours.
Printed using Cranfield Oil based inks on a Somerset archival printmaking paper. Each print is unique as each one is handprinted by me. This means that there may be small variations.
